International Conference " HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES: NOVATIONS, PROBLEMS, PROSPECTS "(HaSS 2019) will be held at Novosibirsk State Technical University, Novosibirsk. Russia on 5-6 March, 2019.
HaSS2019 is a scientific forum for researchers and students to exchange ideas in the field of linguistics, education, phylosophy, innovation, polytics as well as for industry professionals to discuss technical issues and its implementation.

Paper submissions:
Abstract not longer than 250 words should be sent before the deadline. Later each complete paper should be 5 to 8 A4-pages in double column PDF format and sent to the hass@ortum-publish.ru. You can download a template of paper in section "Paper templates"
All submitted papers will be reviewed and evaluated on the basis of relevance, originality, technical quality and clarity. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings. The official language of the conference is only English.
